Objective

These conditions are agreed between the Company and anyone who makes a purchase via the website in this online store, to be known as the user. These conditions apply exclusively to natural persons, not traders.

Prices and payments

The prices shown on this site include VAT at the rate in force and are valid at the time the purchase was made. Delivery costs are added to the prices. If the product is exchanged for another, the value of the final product will apply.
Orders can be paid for by credit card via PayPal, Moneybookers or these accounts, as well as by bank transfer to the account IBAN PT50 0010 0000 5421 4940 0014 0 BPI. Proofs should be sent with your order number to geral@avani.pt. If you have opted for online payments, such as credit card, Multibanco, Moneybookers or PayPal, the receipt will be issued by the respective entities and automatically included in your order process. We process orders immediately after payment has been made or proof of payment has been received.
If the product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable, you can request a refund or a replacement product.

Jurisdiction to settle consumer disputes

  1. In the event of a consumer dispute, defined in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 144/2015, of September 8, the consumer may resort to the competent alternative consumer dispute resolution entity.
  2. Without prejudice to the provisions of the legislation, statutes and regulations to which the alternative dispute resolution entities are bound, the alternative dispute resolution entity of the place where the contract for the purchase and sale of the good or the provision of services was concluded, or alternatively the alternative resolution entity of specialized competence, if it exists for the sector in question, shall be considered competent to settle the consumer dispute.
  3. If there is no alternative dispute resolution body with jurisdiction in the place where the contract was concluded or the existing one(s) do not consider themselves competent due to the value of the contract, the consumer can turn to the National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts, located in Lisbon, with the email address: cniacc@unl.pt and available at http://www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org.
