Em primeiro lugar recomendo que façam a lavagem com água morna. Recomendo 2 lavagens com o shampoo para uma limpeza mais eficaz; a primeira pode ser feita de uma forma mais rápida porque a ideia é remover os resíduos acumulados. A segunda requer mais atenção: é importante massajar gentilmente o couro cabeludo com movimentos circulares durante aproximadamente 2 minutos para ativar a microcirculação e ajudar a absorver melhor todo este conjunto de ingredientes especiais.
