Regulations | Avani Professional Influencer Challenge

The following terms and conditions are intended to regulate the Avani Professional Challenge, entitled “Desafio Influenciadoras Avani Profissional”, in which Banho de Brilho, with head office at Estrada de Benfica, nº 627 A, 1500-087 Lisboa, with Tel: (+351) 214 062 427, offers a L’Oreal Rowenta Steampod steam straightener / white, to the respective winner(s).

Offer/prize for the winner:

L’Oreal Rowenta Steampod Steam straightener / white.

 

  1. Date of the competition:

This competition will run from September 10 to 30, 2019;

 

  1. Conditions of participation:
  • This challenge is reserved for influencers who send an email to marketing@avani.pt, indicating their intention to take part in the challenge, so that the brand can send the participation data, as well as the image and text content necessary for the challenge to take place.
  • This challenge is only valid for influencers who use their sharing link (unique for each influencer) to generate visits to the Avani Professional website;
  • This challenge is only valid for influencers who meet the requirements set out in the terms and conditions presented here and who guarantee good practices with regard to their digital community;
  • Participants must be resident in mainland Portugal.
  • Participants will have to provide their telephone and email details in the challenge registration email, in case they win, so that the offer can be delivered.
  • Participants hereby authorize Avani Professional to publish the results of the competitions for any advertising purposes and/or to publicize the initiatives or competitions it has carried out and by any means it deems appropriate.

 

  1. Choosing the winner

3.1. The winner of the competition will be chosen on the basis of the sharing URL, which is unique to each influencer.

3.2. The winner will be the influencer who generates the most visits to the www.avani.pt website, via their link (unique for each influencer), sent by the brand;

 

  1. Announcement of the winner of the competition:

4.1. The winner will be announced by email in October 2019.

4.2. The winner must send a reply by email to marketing@avani.pt within 5 working days, giving their telephone and/or email address, so that the offer can be delivered.

 

  1. Delivery of the offer.

5.1 The delivery date of the offer will be determined after the first contact with the winner of the competition.

 

  1. Changes to the regulation

Banho de Brilho and Avani Profissional reserve the right to change the rules of the competition at any time, without prior notice, and not to consider as a winner anyone who does not meet all the conditions of participation set out in point 2 of these rules.

  1. Misconduct or use of inappropriate and/or offensive vocabulary.

Banho de Brilho and Avani Profissional reserve the right to remove any comment that they consider to be misconduct or that uses inappropriate or offensive vocabulary.
