Place a pea-sized amount in the palm of your hands. Spread well as if it were a hand cream. Distribute through the hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. It should preferably be applied once a day to dry hair. If you use heat tools, apply the oil at the end of the procedure.

For hair damaged by technical work or excessive use of heat tools, this oil can be applied in conjunction with the Hair Rebuild Sealing Serum. Prana Oil should be applied every morning and Rebuild Sealing Serum every night to dry hair before going to bed.
Fine hair is more fragile and therefore naturally prone to breakage. To detangle more easily (avoiding breakage from the friction of the brush) and to protect the hair from heat tools, we recommend applying Ganesh Thermic Milk to the middle and ends of the hair after shampooing.
For hair with waves, the day after shampooing, the Hair Cocktail two-phase finisher can be applied to help define and reactivate the shape of the waves.
