Returns and Cancellations

The customer may request changes or cancel their order by telephone or e-mail within 2 days of submitting the order.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the products, you may cancel your order and return the product(s) within fourteen working days of receiving the order. We will refund the full value of the products ordered and returned. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of their intention to cancel within this period by e-mail, fax or letter. Goods must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. The cost of returning them is the customer’s responsibility.
However, the following products are excluded from returns: Varnishes, brushes, combs and other personal accessories.
