How to care for hair with extensions?

This treatment was carried out at our physical space, Instituto Avani Profissional, where we carry out personalized treatments for each type of hair.

Hair extensions are more prone to breakage and dehydration than the hair itself because they are not “fed” with natural oils or nutrients, as there is no connection with the scalp. This means that extensions require extra care to keep them looking beautiful.

Just as natural hair can become frizzy, malnourished and damaged – if not treated properly – extensions can also be damaged by various factors such as: frequent use of heat tools, technical work and inadequate or incomplete hair care.

TREATMENT: THICK HAIR WITH CHEMICALS AND SURYA THERMIC PROTECTOR

After a professional hair diagnosis, we identified the problem and applied it: Surya Thermic Thermal Protector and the treatment for Thick Chemical Hair – includes Indian Hair Nutrition Shampoo, Hair Rebuild Mask, Hair Rebuild Conditioner, Hair Rebuild End Sealing Serum, Castor Oil, Hair Cocktail Finisher and Mudra Oil.

STEP BY STEP

Massajar o couro cabeludo, têmporas e pescoço com o óleo de rícino Avani usando a ponta dos dedos meia hora antes de o lavar.

Quando lavar o cabelo recomendamos que faça sempre duas lavagens, porque esse é o procedimento que a torna verdadeiramente eficaz. Neste caso, as duas lavagens foram feitas com o Shampoo Indian Hair Nutrition.

Após retirar o excesso de água com uma toalha, aplicamos a máscara Hair Rebuild, madeixa a madeixa, deixando actuar durante 4 minutos e de seguida enxaguamos.

Aplicamos o Condicionador Hair Rebuild nos meios e pontas e deixamos actuar durante 1 minuto. De seguida, enxaguamos.

Fora do processo de lavagem, antes de secar os cabelos, agitamos bem o protetor Surya Thermic para misturar as duas fases e aplicámos em toda a extensão dos cabelos.

No final, já com o cabelo seco, aplicamos meia ervilha do Mudra Oil na palma das mãos, espalhamos bem e aplicamos nas pontas.

O finalizador Hair Cocktail deve ser aplicado diariamente, de preferência duas vezes por dia.

O Sérum Hair Rebuild deve ser aplicado diariamente, todas as noites, colocando uma quantidade equivalente a uma ervilha na palma das mãos, espalhando bem como se fosse um creme de mãos, distribuindo nos cabelos e insistindo nos meios e pontas.
